I´m very sorry to say that our stay here in Ecuador has come to an end. It is our last night and tomorrow we fly back to Sweden.
But here comes an update on our last few days.
In Galapagos we wnt on two snorkeling trips. We saw sea turtles, sting rays, penguins and eaven a white tip shark! Here are the pictures:
In Galapagos we also went to the most beautiful beach in the world. Turtle Bay (unfortunately no turtles where seen).
This is a nice galapagos picture of John and his new girlfriend.
This is Kicker´s Rock, the destination for our first snorkeling tour. Supposed to be crowded with Hammerhead Sharks. We saw the shadow of one according to our guide.
Here in Quito we took a mountain bike tour to the Cotopaxi National Park. Probably one of the most beautiful places in the world, we eaven saw wild horses. Climcing the more than 5000 meters high volcano the air was very thin and we both suffered from altitude sickness that night.
Today was our last day, and it was time for John to get his birthday present. Tickets to the football game between Liga and Nacional, both teams from Quito. Liga won 2-1. Of course we forgot the suncream so we both have VERY red faces atm.
Then it was time to see the main tourist attraccion in Quito. La Mitad del Mundo (the middle of the world).
Thank you so much for following us. When we get home we will upload some vidoes too.
Lots of love, Hanna and John

Galapagos pics
Many exciting things have happened since last update.
John had his first lobster:
We went from Santa Cruz to San Cristobal by boat. Stupid as we where we went on the roof hoping to get some tan, but the ride was so rough we had to hold on reallt tight not to fall overboard. And that tan was more like burn. But this is what waited for us when we arrived to San Cristobal and Puerto Baquerizo Moreno:
This picture is also from San Cristobal:
And a typical ecuadorian lunch, ceviche:
We have also been on two snorkeling trips. Pictures from our waterproof camera will come soon, when we found an internet cafe that doesn´t suck.
Meanwhile you can look at these pictures. We call them the side effects of snorkeling and boat trips (eaven after putting spf 30 on every 20 mins):
This is also a cool pic from the island floreana, a pirate cave:
That´s all for now, H&J
